# Execution

**Short answer:** Execution is the write layer of Questflow’s financial harness — the exchanges, brokers, and wallets where an AI Finance Agent can place trades inside your permissions. Live rails start with **Hyperliquid** (perps) and **Polymarket** (event markets). The coverage map also includes **OKX / OKX DEX**, **Lighter**, and traditional brokers as the book expands. Questflow is the brain, not the vault.

## Live vs expanding

| Venue | Role | Status in the harness |
| ------------------------------------------------- | -------------------------------- | ------------------------------------------------ |
| **Hyperliquid**                                   | On-chain perps — the table       | Live execution target                            |
| **Polymarket**                                    | Prediction / event markets       | Live execution target                            |
| **OKX / OKX DEX** | CEX + DEX spot and routing | Coverage map (read + write as permissions allow) |
| **Lighter** | Perp venue / execution quality | Coverage map (when it is the better fill) |
| **Coinbase / Binance** | Crypto CEX | Read first; write with explicit keys |
| **Alpaca**                                        | US stocks / ETFs via sub-account | Expanding listed-market write path               |
| **IBKR / Schwab / Fidelity / Webull / Robinhood** | Traditional brokers | Read via aggregators; you can keep the broker |
| **Futu / moomoo**                                 | HK / A / US                      | Expanding Greater-China path                     |

If a venue is on the map but not in your account permissions, the agent can still **explain**. It cannot **act**.

## What execution accounts are

An execution account is scoped read/write access: wallet signature, exchange API, or broker sub-account. Every Trade ticket on Questflow requires context — **My Portfolio** or a **Fund**. The agent does not get a blank check.

## Two paths

**Keep your broker.** Plugins read the book (Plaid, SnapTrade, wallet). The agent explains and proposes. You fire the ticket at IBKR / Schwab / Webull yourself.

**Execute in Questflow’s connected venues.** Deposit or sign where you choose. The Fund’s AI Agent can place orders inside your risk limits — Hyperliquid and Polymarket first, more venues as they light up.

## Markets, not just brands

| Market type | Where it usually clears | What the agent manages |
| ------------------ | ------------------------------- | ---------------------------------- |
| Crypto perps | Hyperliquid, Lighter, CEX perps | Leverage, funding, liq risk |
| Event / prediction | Polymarket                      | Probability, resolution, liquidity |
| Spot crypto | OKX, Coinbase, Binance, DEX | Inventory, routing, venue risk |
| US listed          | Alpaca / your existing broker   | Expanding                          |
| HK / A-shares      | Futu path                       | Expanding                          |

## Stack position

```
Hyperliquid / Polymarket / brokers  = rails
Questflow financial harness         = brain
Fund managed by an AI Agent         = product you follow
```
