What Is Universe?

Short answer: Universe is the set of names a skill is allowed to evaluate — geographies, sectors, market cap, liquidity, asset classes, exclusions. If it is outside the universe, the agent should not stretch.

Why it matters in a harness

A Livermore breakout skill on an illiquid microcap, or a Graham net-net on a perp meme, is not “creative.” It is out of spec. Universe + circle of competence keep plugins from dumping the whole market into the wrong process.

Common keys in the schema: geographies, sectors, marketCap, liquidity, exclusions, dataRequirements.
