# Questflow vs Interactive Brokers

**Short answer:** Interactive Brokers (IBKR) is a professional multi-market brokerage: stocks, options, futures, bonds, global access, low ticket costs, you drive every order. Questflow is an AI Finance Agent — Funds managed by AI Agents distilled from fund manager judgment, self-custodial crypto-native execution first. IBKR is the cockpit. Questflow is the brain you can hire.

## What IBKR does well

If you are a self-directed professional who wants every venue and a serious API, IBKR is still the default. Depth of product, shorting, options, and global listings are not what Questflow is trying to clone.

## The gap

IBKR solved access for sophisticated humans. It did not productize someone else's judgment. There is no Fund object with invalidation, no 24/7 agent carrying a manager's DNA, no high-water-mark marketplace. Adding a chatbot to TWS would not change that.

A financial harness can *read* a brokerage book (the design includes aggregator-style portfolio context) and still execute elsewhere. The brokerage remains the vault or the ticket. Questflow remains the brain.

## Which should you choose?

* **Choose IBKR** for self-directed global listed markets and professional tooling.
* **Choose Questflow** to follow Funds on crypto-native venues with an AI Agent and a public ledger.

Many serious users will keep both: IBKR for listed book, Questflow for agentic Funds.
