12. Governing Law

These Terms and any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Services shall be governed by the laws of the Singapore, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement

These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and Questflow regarding your use of the Services and supersede all prior agreements and understandings, whether written or oral, with respect to the subject matter hereof.
